ACCESS COST COMPETITIVE INSURANCE THROUGH THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

LOOKING FOR SOMETHING TO DO?
On September 2nd the Coldplayers will perform as part of Music on the Pier in Dunkirk. September 3rd is the Jamestown Farmer’s Market in downtown Jamestown. September 4th is the Fredonia Farmer’s Market. September 5th is the Labor Day Festival in Jamestown.
FIRST FRIDAY IN WESTFIELD – SEPTEMBER 3RD
Come to Westfield Friday September 3rd for a great time. First Friday takes place on Main Street Westfield where you can visit and shop local merchants, vendors and artists. First Friday’s feature live music, artist displays and crafts. First Friday begins at 6p and lasts until 9pm.
CHAUTAUQUA LIGHT THE LAKES – SEPTEMBER 5TH
See one of the largest fireworks displays in North America on September 5th at the 3rd Annual Chautauqua Light the Lakes. Between the seven communities involved, in previous years, there were approximately 250,000 spectators total. Lodging income and room occupancy doubled at some hotels and attendance to local community events had an increase of a minimum of 60% and even reached to 100% in some areas. Fireworks begin at 9:31 p.m. Locations include, Bemus Point, Findley Lake, Lakewood, Mayville, Westfield/Barcelona and Jamestown Savings Bank Ice Arena. Additional fireworks will be at Bemus Point, Stow Ferry, Overlook and Long Point.

KISS THE SUMMER GOODBYE – NETWORKING EVENT SEPTEMBER 9TH
The Dunkirk Community Chamber will hold the Kiss the Summer Goodbye Networking Event on September 9th. Come celebrate the end of summer down on the pier and enjoy the last jam of the year!! The renowned U2 Tribute band, ELEVATION will be rocking the pier and there will be fireworks following the show!!!! The event starts at 6pm and lasts until 10pm. It will take place on the Dunkirk City Pier. The cost for the event is $5 for members and $10 for non members. No registration is necessary. Ticket price includes food and drinks from Spike Dailey’s, Campi’s and Yummys’.
CHAMBER ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT - SEPTEMBER 10TH
The Chamber’s Annual Golf Tournament will be held at Chautauqua Golf Club, Hill Course. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. with a shotgun start and four person scramble at 11:00 a.m. Cocktail hour starts at 5:00 p.m. with dinner and banquet following at 6:00 p.m. Cost to participate is $150 for Chamber Members and $175 for Non-Members.
